AutomaDocs provides AI-powered documentation generation and management tools for software developers and teams. Our service analyzes code repositories to generate, maintain, and improve documentation.

3. User Accounts

To use AutomaDocs, you must create an account using GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
Upload malicious code or content
Violate the intellectual property rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code and documentation. AutomaDocs does not claim ownership of any content you create or upload. The documentation generated by our AI is considered your intellectual property.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Business tier customers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

AutomaDocs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
