How to Get a Faster Response
Include your repository URL, expected behavior, and what you already tried. For bug reports, sharing exact error text and reproduction steps helps us triage much faster.
For feature requests, describe the workflow you are trying to unblock and the outcome you need. This helps us prioritize changes based on real team impact.
What Happens After You Contact Us
We are a small, product-led operation - there is no separate support department or priority phone line. You will get a human reply by email when we can; typical turnaround is a few business days depending on volume.
For bugs, include steps to reproduce, what you expected, and any error text. For billing or login issues, include the account email you use with AutomaDocs - that usually gets resolved fastest in one thread.
If something is blocking a release, say so briefly - we triage by impact, but we do not guarantee same-day responses or custom SLAs.
