Conformance status
AutomaDocs is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
This website conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). WCAG 2.1 is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility, referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) via EN 301 549.
Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy on every page
- Keyboard navigation support with visible focus indicators
- Skip-to-main-content link on all pages
- ARIA labels, roles, and live regions for dynamic content
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA thresholds (4.5:1 text, 3:1 UI)
- Form inputs with visible labels and inline error messages
- Modal dialogs with native focus trapping
- Touch targets meeting 44x44px minimum on mobile
- Dark mode and multiple theme options for visual comfort
- Automated accessibility testing with axe-core in our CI pipeline
Known limitations
- AI-generated documentation content may occasionally lack descriptive alt text for code diagrams generated from Mermaid syntax.
- Some third-party embedded content (Crisp chat widget, Cloudflare Turnstile) may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
Compatibility
This site is designed to be compatible with assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS), keyboard-only navigation, voice control software, and screen magnification tools.

Assessment approach
AutomaDocs assesses accessibility through a combination of automated testing (axe-core, Playwright accessibility checks), manual keyboard and screen reader testing, and code review against WCAG success criteria.
